Sponsor and Vendor Information

On the tickets and products page, scroll to the bottom and select your sponsorship level. 

Complete the questions for your sponsorship level. 

Either continue to payment to pay via credit card or bypass payment to pay via check.

Registration for vendors will close on January 22, 2027. Don't wait! Register today!

All vendors and sponsors will have their logo featured on the AGATE website and an advertisement featured in the digital program. Please use this link to upload your items. (Please have your items uploaded by February 1, 2027 at the latest to ensure they are included in the program.) The digital program is formatted as an 8.5 x 11 in document. Please use the following information when formatting your ad. 

Platinum and Gold sponsorships have the opportunity to have an email blast sent to registrants on the day of your choosing. Once you are ready, please send the content of your email blasts to [email protected] and [email protected]. Don't forget to include when you would like the blast sent! (Please send email blast content at least one week before the date you wish for the email to be sent.)

If you selected that you intend to provide a door prize, we will collect those at the start of the conference. 

*Please note that the main conference days are February 25-26. Set up for vendors and sponsors will likely take place on the afternoon of February 24 or morning of February 25, and vendors and sponsors can man their tables on February 25-26. 

The table set up will include a table, table cloth, and 2 chairs. Please bring any materials or signage that you wish to have for your table!
